Terms and conditions

1. BOOKINGS
1.1 Ness Royal will require minimum of first name, surname and contact phone number of Lead Passenger before confirming booking.
1.2 By supplying contact details Lead Passenger gives permission to Ness Royal to be contacted via email, telephone and/or post in regards to requested service.
1.3 All our prices are quoted in pound sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT.
1.4 Any quotation provided by Ness Royal is not a confirmed booking until the Lead Passenger has confirmed the agreement in writing and until full agreed amount was received by Ness Royal.
1.5 Upon mutual agreement of charges for services to be provided, payment shall be required not less than 24 hours prior to booking date and time.
1.6 All invoices/receipts will be provided via email within 48 hours of payment received.
1.7 Invoices/receipts are issued in pound sterling (GBP).
1.8 Any changes or variations to the agreed booking (i.e. additional milage; waiting time) may incur additional fee.

The additional amount is at sole discretion of the Chauffeur.
1.9 Ness Royal will endeavour to provide the requested in booking vehicle. However, in the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity. Lead Passenger will be informed as soon as possible if such change in agreed booking had to be made.
1.10 Ness Royal will make every effort for our Chauffeur to arrive on time agreed in booking, however we do not take responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances i.e. traffic delays, road accidents, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather conditions, industrial actions (whether legal or illegal), and any such events.
1.11 Chauffeur hire commences at date, time and location agreed and concludes at date, time and/or location agreed at the time of booking.
1.12 Cost of Airport Parking/Toll Roads/Congestion Zones/Crossings/Entrance charges may be chargeable to the lead passenger at discretion of the Chauffeur and up to the value of the charged fee.
1.13 Booking charge may be subject to additional waiting time fee of up to £30 per hour at sole discretion of the Chauffeur.
1.14 All hourly hire charges are rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
1.15 Any sightseeing tours arranged with Ness Royal regard chauffeur hire only. Any and all admission fees and/or meal cost is not included in booking price and has to be arranged by passengers.
1.16 While Ness Royal offers access to unlimited Wi-Fi free of charge during booking, availability of such amenity depends on signal strength of mobile network. Ness Royal can not guarantee uninterrupted access to Wi-Fi and can not be held responsible for any disruption in access to mobile internet connection.
1.17 Ness Royal operates a strict no smoking/vaping policy in all our vehicles.
1.18 The maximum seating capacity of the vehicle is determined by Ness Royal and shall not be exceeded.
1.19 It is the Lead Passenger's responsibility to ensure that any minors or passengers under the height of 4’6″ are secured within a booster seat or protective child seat as appropriate. Please note Ness Royal does not supply booster/child seats.
1.20 Our Chauffeur will travel using the safest and most appropriate routes at the time and at their sole discretion.
1.21 Ness Royal accept no responsibility for mental distress, bodily injury or death or sickness to the Lead Passenger or any other person travelling with our Chauffeur.
1.22 Ness Royal accepts no responsibilities for any loss or damage to any property carried in the vehicle however such loss occurs.
2. AIRPORT/RAILWAY STATION TRANSFERS
2.1 We make every reasonable attempt to monitor your flight/train schedule. Lead Passenger is responsible to ensure correct flight/train details are provided to Ness Royal for agreed pickup at an airport/railway station.
2.2 In case of change in flight/train scheduled arrival time, Lead Passenger is responsible for immediately notifying Ness Royal about the change, so that we can adjust booking schedule accordingly.
2.3 Ness Royal allows waiting time of

30 minutes for domestic flight/train and

45 minutes for international flight free of charge. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges at discretion of the Chauffeur.
2.4 Meet and greet arrangement ensures Chauffeur will wait at the arrivals terminal or at previously agreed meeting location.

Chauffeur will be holding a name board with Lead Passenger's name displayed.
2.5 Ness Royal endeavours to accommodate delayed flights/trains, but can not be held responsible (financially or otherwise) for any loss and/or damage resulted from such incident.
2.6 Flight/train cancellation resulting in Lead Passenger being unable to commence the arranged travel with Ness Royal, will be treated as forfeit of booking arrangement and will result in non-refundable payment, unless a written notice was received not less than 3 hours prior to booking time, then a 50% of payment will be refunded.
2. LOST PROPERTY
3.1 Ness Royal assumes no responsibility for property left in any of our vehicles by any of the passengers. We can not be held accountable for any loss (financial or otherwise) related to lost or damaged property.
3.2 Ness Royal will keep a “lost property logbook”, and will endeavour to return any items left in our vehicles to clients.

Clients are responsible for postal charge and packaging cost.
4. NO SHOW
4.1 Unless a notification of delay was made in writing, not less than one hour prior to agreed in booking pickup date and time, Lead Passenger not present at agreed in booking time and location of pickup, will result in forfeit of booking arrangement. In such instance the total agreed booking charge will be non-refundable.
5. DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR
5.1 Ness Royal reserves the right to refuse service to any person who (in sole assessment of Chauffeur) behaves abusively, aggressively, poses danger to themselves and/or any other person.
5.2 Lead Passenger is fully responsible for all damages caused to the exterior and/or interior of the vehicle by any of the passengers and will be appropriately charged for any repairs carried out in order to return the vehicle to it's former state.
6. CANCELLATIONS
6.1 All cancellations must be made in writing.
6.2 Cancellations made not less than 48 hours prior to booking time result in 100% refund of payment received.
6.3 Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to booking time result in refund of 80% of payment received.
6.4 Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to booking time result in refund of 50% of payment received.
7. COMPLAINTS
7.1 If any issue arises during arranged by Ness Royal travel, passengers must notify the Chauffeur, who will strive to resolve the problem to the best of their ability.
7.2 In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our service, all complaints must be notified in writing to Ness Royal within 14 days after booking concluded.

Ness Royal treats all complaints with the utmost seriousness and our aim would be to resolve the issues in a fair and amicable manner.
7.3 In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of Terms and Conditions relative to the booking agreement, Ness Royal's decision shall be final and binding upon the Client.
8. ALTERATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
8.1 Ness Royal reserves the right to alter or vary ‘Terms & Conditions’ at its absolute discretion upon giving reasonable notice to the Client and without prejudice.

No representations or variations in or additions to these ‘Terms & Conditions’ or warranty given by any person acting or purporting to act on behalf of Ness Royal shall have any force or effect whatsoever unless confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Ness Royal.
